When ordering repeat medications we ask that you can give the practice 48-72 working hours notice of requiring a repeat medication.

Your prescriptions will be ready for collection after 14:00.

We do not take requests over the phone at The Surgery.  You need to either order via a pharmacy, online or by bringing in your request to the surgery.

We also provide prescriptions through our electronic prescribing service (EPS) which helps in the efficiency of the ordering process. If you would like to utilise this service, please contact the practice.

If your prescription is to be posted please allow enough time for postage and 3 working days for processing. We do not count weekends in the number of days.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
