Here4YOUth supports young people aged 16-18 to stop smoking. Regular appointments can be offered with a worker who will support any young person to:
– Think about how they can make changes and stick to them
– Set a quit date
– Understand what smoking does to their body
– Develop skills to avoid tricky situations and difficult times
– Make choices if they would like nicotine replacement therapy
